PROJECT INFORMATION & SUBMISSION POLICY

Clients must provide clear details about their vision to ensure the best design outcome. If requesting a freestyle design, please note that our creative interpretation may not align with your exact expectations, which could lead to multiple revisions or disagreements. To avoid this, we encourage clients to provide at least a basic concept, including colors, font choices, or an overall design aesthetic.

All project requests must be submitted via our Project Request Portal unless a private portal or board has been arranged.

We do not accept project submissions via email, text, phone, or social media.
REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of branding and design services, Yoyo’s Touch Branding LLC does not offer refunds on any completed or in-progress work unless there is a fault on our end within reasonable agreement. If a client is dissatisfied, reasonable revisions will be made within the scope of the original agreement.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY

All purchases under $300 must be paid in full. Any purchases over $300 require a non-refundable 50% deposit, which must be paid before the order is started. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.

Payments must be made via our online payment system (Square), which offers: Credit/Debit Card, CashApp Pay, and Afterpay (Afterpay must be requested and will incur a larger processing/service fee).

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to secure your project spot. Late payments may result in project delays. The standard processing fee is 4%.

All retainer/custom contract payments must be made on the 1st of every month to ensure the contract/retainer continues unless organized differently in the initial agreement meeting.
TURNAROUND TIME POLICY

Standard turnaround times vary based on the project and can be found in detail in our pricing guide.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Delays caused by incomplete information, late submissions, or client indecision are not the responsibility of Yoyo’s Touch Branding LLC.
COMMUNICATION POLICY

All project-related communication must be conducted via email to ensure clarity and record-keeping.

Phone calls are acceptable for clarity; however, all requests, revisions, and project changes must still be submitted via email.

Responses to emails and inquiries will be provided within 24-48 business hours.

Clients are encouraged to review drafts carefully before approval to minimize excessive revisions.
DESIGN CONTENT POLICY

Yoyo’s Touch Branding LLC does not create copyrighted content without permission. Clients are responsible for securing the necessary rights to any content provided.

Once final files are delivered, the client assumes full responsibility for the use of designs.
SHIPPING POLICY

Physical branding materials (such as business cards or signage) will be shipped via standard or expedited shipping at the client’s expense.

Yoyo’s Touch Branding LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages once the carrier has taken possession.
GHOSTING POLICY

If a client fails to respond to emails or requests for updates within 7 business days, the project will be considered inactive.

If the project is inactive for 14 days or more, it will be closed with no refund, and a new deposit will be required to resume work.
SOCIAL MEDIA & PORTFOLIO RIGHTS POLICY

Yoyo’s Touch Branding LLC reserves the right to share completed design work on social media, websites, or portfolios for promotional purposes.

If the client prefers to keep a project private, a written request must be submitted before the finalization of the design.
OPERATING HOURS POLICY

Business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (EST).

No work will be conducted outside business hours, on weekends, or holidays unless previously arranged for rush services.
SALES, PROMO & CREDITS POLICY

Any promotional discounts or sales must be used within the specified timeframe. Expired offers will not be honored.

Referral credits are available for clients who refer new business. Credits may be used toward future projects only and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
REVISIONS POLICY

Most projects have a 2-revision cap. Any further changes will result in additional fees of $15.00 or more per revision.

Revisions must be requested within our lab hours (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST). Requests made outside these hours will be addressed the next business day.

Please allow at least 24 hours to receive the next draft back unless otherwise communicated.

Revisions are not redesigns. A revision is a small modification to an existing design, such as changing text, colors, or adjusting placement. If a client requests a complete rework, this will be treated as a new project and will incur additional charges.

Clients must provide clear and detailed instructions for all revisions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Poorly detailed requests may result in additional revision fees.

Once a project is approved and/or final files are sent, any further changes will require a full revision fee, regardless of the previous revision count.
